Opening a Doctor Folder

1. On the toolbar, press the Doctor navigator button. The Doctor Search window appears.
2. In the upper part of the Doctor Search window, enter full or partial information in any of the columns (Last Name, First, Phone, Address, Doctor ID, License #, or Prescriber Type).
3. In the Doctor Search window, press Search. Any doctors matching your search criteria are shown in the bottom part of the window. If a doctor has multiple addresses, an entry is shown for each address.

Note: To clear your search results and perform a new search, press Clear.

4. Select a doctor from the list and press OK.
